How to find your activation code after making a purchase

For purchases made through our website

Activation codes are usually emailed to you within 2 hours of purchase (unless you purchased through Microsoft App Store or Mac App Store). The email will be sent to the email address used when making the purchase.

If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam and/or Junk folders, in case your email provider considers the activation email as being spam. You can also add wideanglesoftware.com to your safe senders list to ensure that emails from us arrive in your inbox in the future.

If the email does not arrive in your main inbox, spam or junk folders, we can help. Please contact our friendly support team who will assist you.

Microsoft / Mac App Store purchases

Our App Store software work a little differently. If you make a purchase on the Microsoft or Mac App Store, you won't receive an activation code. Please simply login to your Microsoft or Apple account used to make a purchase and download your software from there.
